Current Research Interests: Federal food policy programs (WIC, SNAP, school meals, child care meals); food banks and food pantries; health equity and healthy food access; community based health interventions. Other Rudd researchers study weight bias; food marketing to youth; economics and food policy
Current Research Projects: We have research projects that are relevant to all of the topics to the left. The most active ones for me right now are about food banks and food pantries and improving the nutritional profile of the foods available.
