• The Upward Bound/ConnCAP Program serves 60 students from Naugatuck High School.
• Students are recruited into the program starting their freshman year and continue working with their Upward Bound/ConnCAP Advisor until they graduate from high school.
• The Director provides academic support throughout the school day and tutoring and mentoring services afterschool. The Director also works closely with the school administrators and staff to ensure the success of each student.
• In the summer students partake in a 6-week summer academic program at the UConn Waterbury campus located in downtown Waterbury.
